Effective January 1, 2013 MB Construction Services, Inc. ("MB”) has merged with the business of Sunland Field Services, Inc. ("Sunland Field Services”) – each a Sunland Construction, Inc. ("Sunland” or the "Company”) affiliate. Going forward, MB will now operate as Sunland Field Services, Inc., informally Sunland Field Services – Piceance Operations.

MB has been in business since 1984, employs approximately 50 personnel and is headquartered in Debeque, Colorado with operations across the Rockies and Mid-Continent. Sunland is pleased to announce that virtually every key employee will continue in their important roles.

Sunland acquired MB in 2005 as the Company continued its expansion into the Rockies. MB has an excellent reputation in providing wellsite and related construction services to exploration and production companies operating in the Rockies. These services include roustabout services, environmental remediation services, constructing access roads, drilling pads, performing rehabs of previously drilled pads and providing around-the-clock support services to its customers.
